We do not offer refunds. Once a book is yours, it’s yours for life. We trade in words and emotions, not temporary transactions. Please choose your titles carefully.

ਸਾਡਾ ਅਸੂਲ ਸਾਫ਼ ਹੈ—ਰਿਫੰਡ (Refund) ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ। ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਉਮਰ ਭਰ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਲਿਖਤਾਂ ਤੇ ਜਜ਼ਬਾਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਪਾਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ, ਸੌਦੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਨਹੀਂ।

ਜੇ ਪੋਸਟ ਆਫਿਸ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਲਾਪਰਵਾਹੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਤੱਕ ਖਰਾਬ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਬੈਠੇ ਹਾਂ। 24 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਫੋਟੋ ਭੇਜੋ, ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਨਵੀਂ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਬਦਲ ਕੇ (Exchange) ਭੇਜ ਦਿਆਂਗੇ।

Double-check your address. If a book returns to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs. We write stories, but you must know your way home.

ਆਪਣਾ ਪਤਾ (Address) ਦੋ ਵਾਰ ਚੈੱਕ ਕਰੋ। ਜੇਕਰ ਗਲਤ ਪਤੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਵਾਪਸ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਭੇਜਣ ਦਾ ਖਰਚਾ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਕਹਾਣੀਆਂ ਲਿਖ ਸਕਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਪਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਘਰ ਦਾ ਰਸਤਾ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਪਤਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
